Joe Abbott is a Tasmanian acoustic singer-songwriter based in Hobart, performing regularly as both a solo artist and as one half of the acoustic duo, Double J Duo. Over the past three years, Joe has built a strong reputation performing at venues, community events and private functions throughout Tasmania.

Drawing inspiration from artists such as Matchbox Twenty, Pete Murray and The Fray, Joe delivers an engaging mix of acoustic covers spanning the decades from the 1970s through to more current hits. Whether performing intimate ballads or upbeat crowd favourites, his focus is on creating a relaxed and memorable atmosphere for every audience.

Alongside his live performances, Joe continues to develop as a songwriter, recently recording his soon to be released debut single Life Outside of Fear. His original music reflects his passion for storytelling and creating genuine connections through honest, heartfelt songs.
Joe is available for both solo performances and Double J Duo bookings across Tasmania.
